Roberto Maroday:

We initially choose Mercatrade because it places my company right in the middle of our business environment. We use only one channel to explore new products from suppliers and reach buyers.

We buy from all over the world and we sell in Central America and Caribbean, I can do both at once with Mercatrade.com. It really helps.

According to you, why Mercatrade is different?

Roberto Maroday:

Compare to other business websites, Mercatrade is more than just a business directory. It offers a wide range of tools that make our work easier. Also, it's easy to use. It took us no more than 5 minutes to display our best selling products.

Your company is PowerTrader. What does that bring to you?

Roberto Maroday:

First of all we can display our offer in a very professional way and that is important to us. Our listings appear at the top in search results and are both available in Spanish and English.

Basically we gave it a try and what I just can say is that we receive more inquiries from Mercatrade than from my company website. It really pushed my company to the next level.

Is there a particular feature that you like?

Roberto Maroday:

I would say the tradeshow attendance tool. We attend about 10 tradeshow per year and thanks to this tool my suppliers and clients always know where to find us.  That's very smart.
